Description
Senna leaves (senna leaf powder) - a natural Ayurvedic remedy with a laxative effect. The dietary supplement helps to normalise bowel function, manage constipation and increase peristalsis in the colon, providing a mild and gentle laxative effect. Senna has a mild choleretic property, helps to get rid of parasites in the intestines and stomach, relieves haemorrhoids and promotes weight loss.
Consumption / application:
For short-term use not more than 2x in a week, pour 1/2 teaspoon for children and 1 teaspoon for adults into a cup of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Taking before bedtime, the effect sets in after about 6-10 hours. It is recommended to diet 2 days before and after application - don't take saturated fats, sugars, dairy products and alcohol. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
